After recently starring for the former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh‘s Tamil debut film ‘Friendship’ and while shooting for the reality show Survivor for the Zee channel, Action King Arjun has signed a new crime thriller project. The veteran actor is famous for his jaw-dropping crime investigation thrillers and has proved his proficiency in this genre.
Aishwarya Rajesh’s next:
Reportedly, the film will be a female-centric subject and the talented actress Aishwarya Rajesh will be casted alongside the senior actor. Aishwarya Rajesh seems to have found a new love for thrillers. After the success of her recent thriller Boomika, she is all set to work on her next crime thriller with Arjun.
The yet-to-be-titled movie will be set in a school for autistic children and Aishwarya Rajesh, who most recently made waves with her performance in Bhoomika, will portray a special education teacher.
According to reports, veteran Tamil actor Arjun will be seen playing the role of an investigating officer again.
Director Dinesh Lakshmanan explains that the film is different from the action star’s previous films and he will be seen focusing on his intellect rather than action prowess, to get to the bottom of the case.
The director also revealed that he got the idea for this unique story when he talked to a teacher who works with children with neurological conditions. He assures his audiences that although the film is based on a sensitive topic, it will not take on preachy overtones. It has also been said that not only will the movie give us a deeper look into the world of autism but also the thriller oriented aspects that will get the plot moving.
The shoot of this crime thriller will commence by the end of this week. The star cast also comprises Praveen Raja, Prankster Rahul, Abhirami Venkatachalam and a few more famous actors.
